Terms.

Last updated 5 October 2026

The terms for using macarena.co.uk. By using the website, you accept them.

Who we are.

macarena.co.uk is operated by Javier Aguayo, a sole trader trading as Lima Boutique. Business address: Avenue House, Allitsen Road, London NW8 7AX. Email: hello@macarena.co.uk.

Drinks and opening hours.

We keep the menu, ingredients and opening hours on this website up to date, but they can change, and drinks are subject to availability. If you are coming for a particular drink, check with us first.

Allergens.

Our drinks are made with oat milk, which contains oats, and are prepared where other allergens are handled. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please ask our team before you order.

Wholesale and the first five.

The offer for our first five places is limited to five businesses and is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer. The terms of any wholesale supply, including the first month on a pay-for-what-you-pour basis, are agreed in writing with each business. We may change or close the offer at any time before an agreement is signed.

Home delivery list.

Joining the list does not place an order or create any obligation, for you or for us.

Our content.

The Macarena name and logo, and the text and photographs on this website, are owned by or licensed to us. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our content without permission.

Other websites.

We link to websites we do not control, such as Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or for how they use your data.

Our liability.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, the website is provided as it is, and we are not liable for any business losses arising from its use.

Privacy.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy notice.

Changes and law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
