We keep the product information on this website up to date, but recipes, formats and availability can change. The terms of any supply are confirmed in writing.

Macarena maca shots contain none of the 14 major allergens, but they are made in a kitchen that also handles them. Drinks made with oat milk contain oats. Full allergen information is included with every order.

The offer for our first five places is limited to five businesses and is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer. The terms of any wholesale supply, including the first month on a pay-for-what-you-pour basis, are agreed in writing with each business. We may change or close the offer at any time before an agreement is signed.

The Macarena name and logo, and the text and photographs on this website, are owned by or licensed to us. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our content without permission.

We link to websites we do not control, such as Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or for how they use your data.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, the website is provided as it is, and we are not liable for any business losses arising from its use.
